If your call is not answered personally, which will most likely be the case during working hours, please wait for me to call you back. I do not answer the phone while in session, but I'll get back to you as soon as possible, usually the same day or the next day at the latest.
Working hours are Monday through Friday from 9.20 to 19.00. Saturday appointments may be arranged on an individual basis. Evening hours and Saturdays are particularly sought after.

When You Arrive
Hradcanska Office center is a long building opposite the tram/metro stop. Entrance is from the passage in the middle, right side, where it says POLIKLINIKA (around the corner from LEKARNA). Occasionally on the weekends the door is locked, please call the number on the door to the reception and you will be let in. Alternatively call me at 724 175 208.
When inside, pass the reception, go to the elevator and press 3. Balanced Lifestyles Counselling is on the 4th floor (3 patro). It is the first door to your right in the corridor.
IMPORTANT REQUEST: Please do not come before the time of your appointment. I do not have a receptionist and would have to interrupt a session to open the door. For confidentiality reasons I prefer that my clients do not wait in front of the office door while another session is on, there are chairs downstairs by the reception. I apologise in advance for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
